[摘要]
目的: 考察蒙药耧斗菜的化学成分。方法: 采用化学反应鉴别方法分对蒙药耧斗菜的水提液、乙醇
提取液、石油醚提取液进行鉴别。结果: 经过化学预试验，初步判定耧斗菜全草中可能含有糖类、酚类、黄酮类、
甾类、三萜类、氨基酸等成分。结论: 该法操作简便，快速，并为蒙药和天然产物中多种活性成分测定提供参考。

[Abstract]
Objective: To identify the chemical components of Aquilegia viridiflora Pall．Methods:
The mixtures were extracted from Aquilegia with purified water， 95%ethanol and petrol ether by chemical
reaction identification method．Results: The pre－test indicate that Aquilegia whole plant may contain
saccharides，phenols， flavonoids， steroids， triterpenoids，amino acids and other ingredients．Conclusion:
This method is simple，accurate and it can be looked as a reference method for the determination of
many active components in Mongolian materials or natural products．
