IgA nephropathy is the world’s most common chronic renal disease， its pathogenesis has
not been elucidated．Many studies show that IgA nephropathy and immune inflammatory injury and gene
polymorphism，do a review article on the relationship between the immune and inflammatory cytokines
gene polymorphism with IgA nephropathy．
