[摘要]
目的: 探讨磁共振波谱成像结合病理免疫组化评价脑胶质瘤侵袭性的研究。方法: 对83 例脑胶质
瘤病人和另外30 例健康志愿者( 对照组) 进行常规MRI 和1H-MRS 检查。采集手术病人的肿瘤标本进行免疫
组化分析。结果: 不同分级星形细胞瘤和对照组中正常脑组织之间的Cho /Cr、Cho /NAA 和NAA/Cr 有统计学显
著性差异( P<0.05) 。对少突胶质细胞瘤病人和同级( II 和III 级) 星形细胞瘤病人进行分组对比,前者的Cho /Cr
和Cho /NAA 高于后者( P<0.05) ,但NAA/Cr 差异无统计学意义( P>0.05) 。结论: 磁共振波谱成像有助于区分同
级别的星型细胞瘤和少突胶质细胞瘤,以及判断星形细胞瘤的分级。

[Abstract]
Objective: To discuss the application of functional magnetic resonance imaging in
human brain glioma invasiveness and conduct a control study with the immunohistochemical method.
Method Routine MRI and1H-MRS examinations were performed for 83 patients with brain glioma
treated and another 30 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group.The tumour specimens
were collected from the surgical patients for immunohistochemical analysis.Result: There was
a statistically significant difference between Cho /Cr,Cho /NAA,and NAA /Cr in astrocytomas of
various grades and those in the normal brain tissue in the control group( P<0.05) .A grouped contrast
was made between the patients with oligodendroglioma and the patients with astrocytoma of the
same level( Level Ⅱ and Ⅲ) .Cho /Cr and Cho /NAA in the former group were higher than those in
the latter group( P<0.05) Conclusion Detection of MRS in astrocytoma helps determine the grade
of astrocytoma and identify the oligodendroglioma of the same grade.
