目的: 建立蒙药复方述达格－4 中总内酯的含量测定方法。方法: 以异土木香内酯为对照品，以盐
酸、三氯化铁为显色剂，采用紫外可见分光光度法测定述达格－4 中总内酯的含量。结果: 异土木香内酯在0．842
～ 5．052mg 范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系Y = 0．1493X+0．1399( r = 0．9995) ，平均加样回收率为98．43%，RSD
= 1．69%( n= 6) 。结论: 该方法简便、灵敏、准确，可用于述达格－4 中总内酯含量的测定。

Objective: To establish the method for the content determination of total lactone from
Mongolian Medicine Shudage－4．Methods: Hydrochloric acid，Ferric chloride solution was used as color
developing agent．UV－Vis spectrophotometry was established for the content determination of total lactone
from Mongolian Medicine Shudage － 4．Results: The linear range of isoalantolactone was 0．842 ～
5．052mg，Y= 0．1493X+0．1399( r = 0．9995) with an average recovery of 98．43%( RSD = 1．69%，n = 6) ．
Conclusion: This method is simple， sensitive and accurate，and it is suitable for the content determination
of total lactone from Mongolian Medicine Shudage－4．
