法及改进方向,主要介绍了邻取代苯甲腈、取代芳香醛、全氟苯二甲酸、腙等为原料合成吲唑的方法、研究现状及
其发展前景,并对其生物药理活性进行综述。

[Abstract]
Indazole is an important intermediate in organic synthesis and many of its derivatives
have extensive pharmacological activity.The paper reviews the synthesis methods,research status and
development prospect of indoles, involving synthesized of indazoles with 2-substituted benzonitrile,2-
substituted benzaldehyde,perfluorinated benzenedicarboxylic acids and hydrazone and so on.And its biological
pharmacological activities also were summarized.
