原发性高血压( Essential hypertension，EH) 是由环境因素和遗传因素共同引起的多基因遗传病，其
中遗传因素占其危险因素的30%～ 50%，但迄今为止对其发病机制的研究结果仍不完全清楚，开展原发性高血
压相关基因的研究对了解其发病机制和制定预防策略有重大意义。本文对近几年原发性高血压候选基因多态
性的研究成果予以综述。

[Abstract]
Essential hypertension( EH) is a polygenic disease caused by both genetic and environmental
factors，in which genetic factors accounted for 30% ～ 50% of the risk factors，but the
pathogenesis research results are still not fully understood，therefore essential hypertension related
genes in the understanding of its pathogenesis and the development of prevention strategies is of
great significance，of recent years essential hypertension candidate gene polymorphism research results
to be reviewed
