Claudin － 1 蛋白是一种闭合蛋白，也是细胞间紧密连接蛋白的主要组成部分，其特异性的组织表
达，在保持紧密连接屏障功能和细胞极性方面具有重要作用。表达异常的Clandin － 1 蛋白与上皮性卵巢癌的转
移和侵袭密切相关，本文综述了Claudin － 1 与卵巢癌相关性的研究进展。

Claudin － 1 is a family of integral membrane tight junction( TJ) proteins． The tissue －
specific expressions of claudin － 1 proteins perform specialized epithelial or endothelial functions including
maintenance of ceil polarity and paracellular barrier functions． Many researches indicate that abnormal
expression of claudin － 1 has a relationship with the invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer．
This article reviewed the relationship of Claudin － 1 and ovarian cancer．
