[摘要]
目的:探讨脾酪酸激酶( Spleen Tyrosine Kinase，Syk) 和细胞增殖核相关抗原( Ki－67) 在皮肤鳞状细
胞癌( Skin Squamous Ceu Carcinorna，SCC) 发生、发展中的作用和意义。方法:采用免疫组化S－P 染色法检测Syk
和Ki－67 在30 例SCC 组织及其对应的癌旁组织、18 例正常皮肤组织中的表达情况。结果: ( 1) SCC 组织中Syk
得分为0．50±0．86，较癌旁组织、对照组低( P＜0．05) 。( 2) Syk 得分在高、中、低分化程度SCC 组织中表达无明显
差异。( 3) SCC 组织中Ki－67 得分为7．57±3．16，较癌旁组织、对照组高( P＜0．05) 。( 4) 在低分化SCC 组织中Ki－
67 得分高于高分化组( P＜0．05) 。结论: ( 1) Syk 表达减少或缺失与SCC 发生发展存在相关性，但与其分化程度
的关系尚不明确。( 2) Ki－67 在SCC 组织中阳性表达上调，尤其在低分化组中，说明它与增殖活性平行相关。
( 3) 在免疫组化S－P 法研究SCC 组织时，癌旁组织可以替代正常皮肤作为对照组。

[Abstract]
Objective:To investigate the role and significance of Syk and Ki－67 in the occurrence
and development of skin squamous cell carcinoma( Skin Squamous Ceu Carcinorna，SCC)．Methods:
The immunohistochemical S－P staining method was used to detect the expression of Syk and Ki－67in
30 cases of SCC tissues and their corresponding adjacent tissues as well as their expression in 18 cases
of normal skin tissues．Results:(1)The Syk in the SCC group scored 0．50±0．86，which was lower than
that in the pericarcinous tissues and the normal skin tissue( P ＜ 0．05)． ( 2) There was no significant
difference in the expression of Syk in well，middle and poorly differentiated SCC tissues．(3)The Ki－67
scored 7．57±3．16 in the SCC group，higher than that in the adjacent tissues and the control group(P＜
0．05)．(4) The Ki－67 scored higher in poorly－differentiated SCC tissues than in well－differentiated
group(P＜0．05)．Conclusions:(1)The decreased or no expression of Syk is associated with the occur-
rence and development of SCC，but the relationship between the expression and differentiation is not
clear．(2) The positive expression of Ki － 67 rise in SCC tissues，especially in the low －differentiated
group，which indicated its positive correlation to the proliferation activity． ( 3) In the study of SCC
tissues by immunohistochemical S－P staining method，the pericarcinous tissues can replace the normal
skin tissues as the control group．
