[摘要]
目的:优选狗尾草中总黄酮( flavonoids) 的最佳提取条件。方法: 以总黄酮的含量为指标,考察了乙
醇提取液浓度、回流提取温度、料液比、提取时间以及超声时间等对总黄酮提取率的影响。又采用正交试验法,
结合单因素试验,优选狗尾草中总黄酮的提取工艺。结果:狗尾草中提取总黄酮的影响次序为: 提取液乙醇浓度
>提取的温度>提取时的料液比>提取的时间。用正交试验法得出最佳提取方案为: 乙醇提取液浓度70%,提取
温度80℃,料液比1: 25,提取时间2h,超声时间80min.结论:该最佳提取方案得到的总黄酮百分含量高于正交试
验的最高提取率,该工艺可以提高狗尾草总黄酮的提取率和纯度。

[Abstract]
Objective:To select the optimum extracting procedure for flavonoids form Green Bristlegrass.
Methods:In the content of total flavonoids as the index,the effects of alcohol concentra-tion,
extraction temperature,ratio of material to liquid,extraction time and ultrasonic time on the extraction of
total flavonoids from rate influence.And using the orthogonal test method,combined with single factor
test,select the best extracting technology of total flavonoids from green foxtail.The results showed that
the effects of different factors on the extraction of total flavonoids from green foxtail in order for the ethanol
concentration>extraction temperature>ratio of liquid to material>extraction time.By using the orthogonal
experimental method to draw the best extraction process: extract of 70%ethanol,extraction
temperature 80℃,the ratio of material to liquid 1 ∶25,the extraction time 2 h,ultrasonic time 80 min.
Conclusion:The highest extraction orthogonal test content of totalflavones was the best extraction
scheme is higher than the rate,the technology can improve the extraction rate of total flavonoids of
green bristlegrass and purity.
