目的:研究甘氨胆酸细菌内毒素检查的可行性，建立细菌内毒素限量检查的方法。方法:参照《中国
药典》2010 年版附录Ⅺ E 细菌内毒素检查法。结果: 甘氨胆酸在0．312mg /mL 及其以下浓度时对鲎试剂凝集反
应无增强或抑制作用，Es /Et 均在0．5～ 2．0范围之内，确定无干扰。结论:甘氨胆酸可用各种灵敏度的鲎试剂进行
细菌内毒素检查，该品种用细菌内毒素检查法可行。

Objective:To study on the feasibility of bacterial endotoxin test for glycocholic acid．To
establish a detecting method for the limited endotoxin．Methods:The bacterial endotoxin test method in
accordance with Appendix Ⅺ E，Volume2，2010 Edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia．Results:Glycocholic
acid had no enhance or inhibit reaction of tachypleus amebocyte lysate when the concentration of glycocholic
acid at or below 0．312mg /mL，and when the Es /Et is within 0．5～2．0，glycocholic acid had no interference．
Conclusion:Glycocholic acid can be used to test bacterial endotoxins by various sensitivity of
tachypleus amebocyte lysate．It is feasible for the bacterial endotoxin detection．
