目的:建立测定山苦荬中绿原酸含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC,色谱柱为Phenomenex C18( 250×4.6
mm 5μm) 柱,流动相为乙腈: 0.1%磷酸( 7: 93) ,流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为327nm。结果:绿原酸在39.72~
595.5μg 范围内呈良好的线性关系( r = 0.9999) ,平均回收率为99.2%,RSD 为1.45%( n = 6) 。结论: 该方法简便、
准确、可靠,可用于山苦荬中绿原酸的含量测定。

[Abstract]
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Ixeris
chinensis(Thunb.)Nakai.Methods:HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on
Phenomenex C18(250×4.6mm,5μm) column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile:0.1% phosphoric
acid(7:93)at the flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1 .The detection wavelength was 327nm.Results:The
linear range of chlorogenic acid were 39.72 ~ 595.5μg( r = 0.9999),the average recovery was 99.2%
with RSD of 1.45%(n = 6).Conclusions:The method is easy,accurate and reliable,and can be used
for the quantification of chlorogenic acid in Ixeris chinensis(Thunb.)Nakai.
