目的: 观察将香菇多糖和顺铂一起注入胸腔治疗肺癌病人伴恶性胸水的疗效。方法: 依据随机原
则，将58 位肺癌恶性胸水病人分为两组，治疗组29 例，给予香菇多糖和顺铂注入胸腔; 对照组29 例，单纯给予
顺铂注入胸腔。观察两组治疗前后胸水变化、KPS 评分变化及毒副反应。结果: 治疗组的临床疗效达到69．0%，
高于对照组的37．9%，差异有统计学意义( P＜0．05) ; 治疗组KPS 评分提高达到75．9%，高于对照组的44．8%，差异
有统计学意义( P＜0．05) ; 治疗组毒副反应率24．1%，对照组27．6%，差异比较，无统计学意义( P＞0．05) 。结论: 将
香菇多糖和顺铂一起注入胸腔，对肺癌伴恶性胸水的病人有肯定、安全的疗效。

Objective: To study the effect of cisplatin combined with Mushroom polysaccharide of
the patients with malignant pleural effusion of lung cancer．Methods: 58 patients with malignant pleural
effusion were randomly divided into two groups，29 cases in treatment group were treated with
Mushroom Polysaccharide Combined With Cisplatin， the treatment of 29 cases of the control group was
treated with cisplatin．To observe the changes of the chest water，KPS score and the side effects of drugs
before and after the treatment．Results: The clinical efficacy of the treatment group( 69%) was higher
than that of the control group( 37．9%) ， the difference was statistically significant( P＜0．05) ; the KPS
score of the treatment group was significantly higher ( 75．9%) than the control group ( 44．8%) ， the
difference was statistically significant( P＜0．05) ; the drugs side effects of the treatment group( 24．1%)
and the control group( 27．6%) had no significant difference( P＞0．05) ．Conclusion: Efficacy of cisplatin
combined with mushroom polysaccharide in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion in patients with
lung cancer is safe and effective．
