静脉血栓栓塞( Venous thromboembolism，VTE) 是围术期常见的并发症。在人群中发病率为1‰～
5‰，是非心源性猝死的主要原因之一。分析围术期VTE 的相关风险因素及围术期的干预，为降低VTE 风险和
康复麻醉做临床理论依据。本文主要介绍目前报道的围术期麻醉与VTE 相关研究，分析围术期VTE 的相关风
险因素和麻醉方式及药物对VTE 的影响及防治。VTE 是多种因素的围术期并发症，手术期间采取措施预防将
成为常规。

[Abstract]
Venous thromboembolism( VTE) is a common complication during perioperative period．
The incidence rate of 1 per thousand～5 per thousand， that is one of the main causes of sudden cardiac
death．To analyze the related risk factors of perioperative VTE，and to reduce the risk of VTE and the
clinical theoretical basis of rehabilitation anesthesia．The perioperative anesthesia and VTE related research
were introduced，and the related risk factors of perioperative VTE were analyzed．VTE is a variety
of factors of perioperative complications， the operation period to take measures to prevent the general．
