慢性疼痛是指超过愈合时间( 通常大于1mo) 的疼痛，被称为不死的癌症。在中国，约有1 亿人正在
忍受慢性疼痛的折磨。抑郁是一种情绪，是一种短暂的、有时限性的心理障碍，长期发展可能会形成抑郁症，对
人的生活工作产生巨大影响。而慢性疼痛与抑郁有着紧密的关联，患有慢性疼痛的病人会有抑郁的倾向，而抑
郁亦会同时加重慢性疼痛的症状。因此，针对慢性疼痛与抑郁相关的研究有助于为慢性疼痛的临床咨询、诊断、
拟定治疗计划及观察愈后等方面提供理论基础。

[Abstract]
Chronic pain is the pain that exceeds the healing time，and it is known as cancer of immortal．
There are about 100 million people in China are suffering from chronic pain nowadays．Depression，
as a kind of psychological emotion， is temporary and time limited．After a long period of development，
depression will become a major depression，which has a huge impact on people’ s life． Chronic
pain is strongly associated with depression，patients with chronic pain tend to have depression，and depression
can also aggravate the symptoms of chronic pain．Therefore， study on the correlation between
chronic pain and depression can provide theoretical basis for clinical consultation，diagnosis and put
forward the treatment in the future．
