[摘要]
目的: 探讨血管内皮生长因子( Vascular endothelial growth factor，VEGF) 、表皮生长因子受体
( Epidermal growth factor receptor，EGFR) 在结直肠癌血清中的表达及其临床意义。方法: 收集在我科进行治疗的
结直肠癌病人血液学标本39 例，运用ELISA 方法检测病人同步放化疗前、后血清中VEGF、EGFR 的表达，分析
其与疗效之间的关系。结果: 病人同步放化疗前血清中VEGF、EGFR 的表达显著高于同步放化疗后( P＜0．05) ;
病人同步放化疗前、后血清中VEGF、EGFR 的变化与病人的疗效相关，变化显著者疗效好( P＜0．05) 。结论: 结直
肠癌病人血清中VEGF、EGFR 能够作为预测同步放化疗疗效的有效指标。

[Abstract]
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of VEGF，EGFR in
the serum of colorectal cancer．Methods: The bloods of 39 cases of colorectal cancer were collected，
which were treated in our department．The samples of patients were detected with pre and post－radiotherapy
combined with chemotherapy．ELISA was used to detecting．The relationship between expression
of VEGF and EGFR in serum and clinical factors of patients was analyzed．Results: There is a significant
correlation between expression of VEGF and EGFR in serum of pre and post concurrent chemoradiotherapy(
P＜0．05) ．It showed that the changes of VEGF and EGFR in serum with pre and post－radiotherapy
combined with chemotherapy could be a prognostic factor( P＜0．05) ．Conclusion: VEGF and
EGFR in serum of colorectal cancer patients can be used as an effective indicator to predict the prognosis
of concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy．
