目的: 探讨Nd: YAG 激光联合康复新液治疗艾滋病病人口腔溃疡的疗效。方法: 将36 例艾滋病口
腔溃疡病人随机分为两组，各18 例，试验组应用Nd: YAG 激光联合康复新液治疗口腔溃疡; 对照组仅使用康复
新液，比较两组治疗前后疼痛和愈合情况。结果: 试验组疼痛缓解程度明显高于对照组( P＜0．01) 。试验组的溃
疡愈合情况明显高于对照组( P＜0．05) 。结论: 应用Nd: YAG 激光联合康复新液治疗艾滋病病人口腔溃疡疗效
显著。

Objective: To investigate the effect of Nd: YAG laser combined with Kangfuxin liquid
on oral ulcer in AIDS patients．Methods: 36 cases of AIDS patients with oral ulcers were randomly divided
into two groups，each group of 18 cases．Nd: YAG laser combined with Kangfuxin liquid was used
to treat oral ulcer in the experimental group，and the control group used only Kangfuxin liquid．Comparison
of the two groups before and after treatment of pain and healing．Results: The degree of pain relief
in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P＜0．01) ．The ulcer
healing in the test group was significantly better than that in the control group( P = 0＜0．05) ．Conclusion:
The effect of Nd: YAG laser combined with Kangfenxin liquid on oral ulcer in AIDS patients is
significant．
