目的: 探讨胃癌病人肿瘤组织及外周血中调节性T 细胞( Regulatory cell，Trey) 表达水平及其临床意
义。方法: 自2015－04～ 2016－04 连续性纳入于我院就诊胃癌病人68 例为研究组，同期纳入我院体检中心70 例
健康人员为对照组。检测并比较两组外周血CD4⁺、CD25⁺、Foxp3 Tregs 及TGF－β1 表达水平; 分析胃癌肿瘤组
织CD4⁺、CD25⁺、Foxp3 Tregs 表达水平与血清CD4⁺、CD25⁺、Foxp3 Tregs 及TGF－β1 表达水平之间相关性; 以及
肿瘤组织CD4⁺、CD25⁺、Foxp3 Tregs 与胃癌病人病情严重度之间的相关性。结果: 研究组外周血CD4⁺、CD25⁺、Foxp3 Tregs 比例( t = 16．254，P = 0．000) 及TGF－β1( t = 5．841，P = 0．000) 表达水平均显著性高于对照组。胃癌病
人肿瘤组织CD4⁺、CD25⁺、Foxp3 Tregs 表达水平与外周血CD4⁺、CD25⁺、Foxp3 Tregs( r = 0．793，P= 0．000) 及TGF
－β1( r = 0．690，P= 0．000) 表达水平呈明显正相关。胃癌病人血清及肿瘤微环境CD4⁺、CD25⁺、Foxp3 Tregs 表达
水平与病人TNM 分期，分化程度及有无淋巴结转移显著性相关( P＜0．05) 。结论: 肿瘤组织CD4⁺、CD25⁺、Foxp3
Tregs 表达水平与胃癌病人疾病严重程度息息相关，可作为胃癌诊断、治疗和预后评估的重要指标。

Objective: To explore the expression level and clinical significance of regulatory T cells
in tumor and peripheral blood in patients with gastric cancer．Methods: 68 cases of gastric cancer patients(
study group) were prospective collected from Apr．2015 to Apr．2016 in our hospital，at the same
time period，70 cases of healthy persons( control group) were random collected in hospital physical examination
center．Differences of serum expression level of CD4⁺ CD25⁺Foxp3 Tregs and TGF－β1 were
detected and compared between 2 groups． Correlation between the expression level of CD4+ CD25+
Foxp3 Tregs in tumor tissue with serum TGF－β1 and the level it was in the peripheral blood were analyzed，
and the correlation between expression level of CD4⁺CD25⁺ Foxp3 Tregs tumor tissue with
disease severity were analyzed．Results: Serum expression level of CD4⁺ CD25⁺Foxp3 Tregs( t = 16．254，
P = 0．000) and TGF－β1( t = 5．841，P = 0．000) were both significantly higher in the study group．Expres
sion level of CD4⁺ CD25⁺Foxp3 Tregs in tumor microenvironment were significantly correlated with serum
expression level of CD4⁺ CD25⁺ Foxp3 Tregs( r = 0．793，P = 0．000) and TGF－β1( r = 0．690，P =
0．000) ．Expression level of CD4⁺CD25⁺Foxp3 Tregs in both tumor microenvironment and serum，also
serum expression level of TGF－β1 were significantly correlated with patients’TNM staging，differentiation
degree and the presence of lymph node metastasis( P＜0．05) ．Conclusion: The expression level of
CD4⁺CD25⁺ Foxp3 Tregs in tumor tissue were significantly correlated with the disease severity in
gastric cancer patients，and these indexes can be used as the evaluating criteria in the diagnosis， treatment
and prognosis of gastric cancer．
