目的: 对主动脉夹层及主动脉壁间血肿进行影像学评估和定量分析。方法: 对61 例主动脉夹层或
主动脉壁间血肿病人进行回顾性分析，作出Standford 分型。按穿透性溃疡伴发疾病分两组: 主动脉夹层组和壁
间血肿组，并对溃疡直径和深度分别进行两组间t 检验比较。按假腔厚度是否大于2 mm 分两组，对两组间假腔
管径作t 检验比较。按Standford 分型分两组，对两组间疼痛部位分布做χ² 检验。结果: 对主动脉夹层组和壁间
血肿组合并穿透性溃疡的直径和深度做t 检验比较，两组间结果有显著统计学差异( P＜0．05) 。对假腔厚度与假
腔管径做相关分析，结果有显著统计学差异( P＜0．05) 。对Standford A 型组和Standford B 型组疼痛部位分布做
χ² 检验发现具有显著统计学差异( P＜0．05) 。结论: 多层螺旋CT 在主动脉夹层与壁间血肿诊断中具有较高的诊
断价值，可较为精准地评估主动脉夹层和主动脉壁间血肿，并对两种疾病作定量分析。

Objective: To aortic dissection and aortic intramural hematoma radiographic assessment
and quantitative analysis．Methods: 61 patients with aortic dissection or aortic intramural hematoma
were analyzed retrospectively，to make the Standford parting． According to the penetrating ulcer
comorbid disease is divided into two groups: aortic dissection and intramural hematoma group，and the
ulcer diameter and depth compared t test between the two groups respectively． According to the
thickness of the false lumen is greater than 2 mm is divided into two groups， the false lumen diameter t
test compared between the two groups．In Standford classification is divided into two groups， the area between
the two groups of distribution of chi－square test．Results: The aortic dissection group and intramural
hematoma and penetrates the diameter and depth of the ulcer，t test comparison of the results between
the two groups have statistically significant differences( P＜0．05) ．For false cavity thickness and
false lumen diameter correlation analysis， the results are statistically significant differences( P＜0．05) ．
For Standford A type and type Standford B group distribution as a pain in the chi－square test have a
statistically significant difference( P＜0．05) ．Conclusion: Multislice computed tomography( CT) has high
diagnostic value in aortic dissection and aortic intramural hematoma diagnosis，could more accurately evaluate
aortic dissection and aortic intramural hematoma，and to make quantitative analysis of the two
diseases．
