目的: 探讨胫骨内侧高位开放截骨锁定钛板内固定术治疗膝关节内侧间室骨性关节炎的临床效果。
方法: 2013－07～ 2015－12 于内蒙古自治区赤峰市医院关节外科共对20 例( 20 膝) 膝关节内侧间室骨性关节炎并
合并有膝内翻畸形的病人行胫骨内侧高位开放截骨锁定钛板内固定术。其中女性14 例14 膝，男性6 例6 膝;
年龄40～ 65 岁，平均60±5 岁。术前、术后常规检查膝关节负重位X 线片和负重位双下肢全长X 线片，对术前、
术后FTA 的改变和膝关节疼痛减轻程度视觉模拟评分［1］( visual analogue scale，VAS) 的改变用配对t 检验做统计
学分析。结果: 术后随访1～ 3 a，所有病人的膝关节内翻畸形均得到矫正，症状明显缓解。术前、术后FTA( t =
15．26，P＜0．05) 和VAS 评分( t = 7．0，P＜0．05) 组间差异有统计学意义; 其中，FTA 矫正度数为8 ～ 16°，VAS 评分降
低4～ 7 分，全部有明显的改善。所有病例未见内固定物松动、断裂情况和切口感染等并发症发生。结论: 胫骨
内侧高位开放截骨锁定钛板内固定术治疗膝关节内侧间室骨性关节炎是一种简单、安全而有效的方法。

Objective: It investigates the clinical effect of the internal fixation of the upper tibial
medial high opening osteotomy in locking titanium plate on the treatment of the medial interventricular
osteoarthritis of the knee． Methods: In July 2013 to December 2015，Inner Mongolia Chifeng city
hospital joint surgery，a total of 20 cases( 20) with medial compartment osteoarthritis knee joint and
knee varus deformity of patients with tibial medial high open bone cutting locking titanium plate fixation．
Among them， 14 cases of 14 knee are female and 6 cases of 6 knee are male．Age 40～65 years old，
the average age is 60±5 years．Preoperative and postoperative routine examination of knee joint load position
X ray and weight bearing double leg length X ray，The changes of visual analogue scores of preoperative
and postoperative FTA and the visual simulation score of knee joint pain reduction were analyzed
by using paired t test．Ｒesults: After 1～3 years of follow－up，all patients had correction of the deformity
of the knee joint，and the symptoms were significantly relieved．The differences between the post-
operative and postoperative FTA and VAS were statistically．Among them， the FTA correct degree of 8～
16°，VAS score lower 4～7 points，all have distinct improvement．All cases were not seen with internal
fixation， fracture and incisional infection．Conclusion: It is a simple， safe and effective method to treat
osteoarthritis in the medial compartment of the knee．
