目的: 探讨上皮剪切调控蛋白1( epithelial splicing regulatory protein 1，ESＲP1) 和在人头颈部鳞状细
胞癌( Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma，HNSCC) 发生、发展中的作用及其与锌指E 盒结合蛋白1( zinc finger
E－box binding homeobox 1，ZEB1) 的关系。方法: 采用免疫组化S－P 染色法检测ESＲP1 和ZEB1 在32 例
HNSCC 组织及其对应的癌旁组织中的表达情况。结果: ( 1) HNSCC 组织中ESＲP1 表达较癌旁组织低( P＜
0．05) ; ( 2) 在HNSCC 组织中ESＲP1 的表达与肿瘤分化及复发/转移密切相关( P＜0．05) ; ( 3) HNSCC 组织中ESＲP1
高表达者ZEB1 表达较低( P＜0．05) 。结论: ( 1) ESＲP1 表达减少或缺失对HNSCC 的发生发展可能具有促进
作用，与肿瘤分化程度也可能密切相关; ( 2) ESＲP1 表达下调与ZEB1 高表达密切相关。

[Abstract]
Objective: To explore the role of epithelial splicing regulatory protein 1，( ESＲP1) in
the occurrence and development of head and neck squamous cell cancer( HNSCC) and its relationship
with zinc finger E－box binding homeobox 1( ZEB1) ．Methods: The immunohistochemical S－P staining
method was used to detect the expression of ESＲP1 and ZEB1 in 32 cases of HNSCC tissues and their
corresponding adjacent tissues．Ｒesults: ( 1) The expression of ESＲP1 was lower in human HNSCC tissues
than that in the pericarcinous tissues( P＜0．05) ．( 2) ESＲP1 expression was closely related with
tumor differentiation，recurrence /metastasis ( P ＜ 0．05) ． ( 3) ESＲP1 overexpressing samples showed
lower ZEB1 expression( P＜0．05) ．Conclusion: ( 1) The decreased or no expression of ESＲP1 may be
associated with the occurrence and development of HNSCC，and shows closely relationship with tumor
differentiation．( 2) Down－regulation of ESＲP1 is closely related with increased ZEB1 expression．
