目的: 探讨通过低分子右旋糖酐辅助治疗急性脑梗死对于病人神经功能及日常生活能力的改善效
果。方法: 回顾近3 a 在我院治疗的急性脑梗死病人病例，选取符合条件42 例采用常规手段治疗病例病人为对
照组，57 例采用常规手段治疗基础上给予低分子右旋糖酐辅助治疗病例病人为治疗组。对比两组病人治疗前
后神经功能缺损评分、日常生活活动能力量表评分及治疗效果。结果: 治疗前两组病人神经功能缺损评分及日
常生活活动能力量表评分差异不大，差异无统计学意义( P＞0．05) ; 治疗后治疗组神经功能缺损评分明显低于对
照组，日常生活活动能力量表评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义( P＜0．05) ; 治疗组总有效率( 85．9%) 显著高
于对照组( 61．9%) ，差异有统计学意义( P＜0．05) 。结论: 低分子右旋糖酐辅助治疗急性脑梗死，疗效显著，能有
效恢复病人神经功能，提高病人日常生活能力。

Objective: To investigate by low molecular dextran adjuvant therapy in patients with acute
cerebral infarction for neural function and the ability of daily life improvement．Methods: Ｒetrospective
in nearly three years in our hospital treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction cases，
select eligible patients with 42 cases were treated by conventional means as the control group， 57 cases
were treated by conventional means on the basis of giving low molecular dextran adjuvant treatment cases
patients of treatment group． Compared two groups of patients before and after treatment of nerve
function defect score，daily life activities ability rating scale and the treatment effect． Ｒesults: Two
groups of patients with nerve function defect score before treatment and daily life activities ability scale
score difference is not big， there was no statistically significant difference( P＞0．05) ; Treatment group
after treatment of nerve function defect score significantly lower than the control group，daily life activities
ability scale score higher than the control group， the difference had statistical significance ( P ＜
0．05) ; Treatment group total effective rate ( 85．9%) is significantly higher than the control group
( 61．9%) ， the difference was statistically significant ( P ＜ 0．05) ． Conclusion: Low molecular dextran
auxiliary treatment of acute cerebral infarction，curative effect is distinct，patients can effectively restore
nerve function， improve the ability of patients daily life．
