脑肿瘤是危害人类健康的重要疾病,由于生长部位极其重要,其死亡率及致残率非常高,因此早期
明确诊断对指导治疗和判断预后十分重要。医学影像学已经从宏观的解剖影像时代进入微观的分子影像时代,
分子影像发展快速,可以在活体非侵入性地从细胞和分子水平显示肿瘤生物学过程,可以无创的提供疾病早期
诊断、监测及治疗的分子水平信息。本文综述了分子影像包括核医学、核磁共振、光学及多模态分子显像等在脑
肿瘤诊断与治疗中的临床应用及新进展。

[Abstract]
Brain tumors are important diseases which are harmful to human health.Because of their
growth in the extremely important part, themortality and morbidity are very high.So early diagnosis is
very important to guide treatment and prognosis.Medical imaging is entering the era of microscopic molecular
imaging from the times of Macroscopic anatomical images.With the rapid development of molecular
imaging, the tumor biological processes can be displayed from the cellular and molecular level in
vivo,providing molecular-level information for the early diagnosis and treatment of non-invasive monitoring
of disease.This article reviews the clinical applications and new advances for nuclear medicine,
nuclear magnetic resonance,optical and multimodal molecular imaging in brain tumor diagnosis and
therapy.
