痛风性关节炎是一种炎症、代谢性疾病，是由于尿酸盐结晶沉积在滑膜组织引起的一种晶体性关节
炎，随着生活水平的提高，痛风的发病率呈逐年递增的趋势。痛风及无症状性高尿酸血症与高血压、高脂血症、
动脉粥样硬化［1］、心功能不全等疾病的发生有密切相关性，已成为严重威胁人类健康的一种代谢性疾病。故早
期、长期、积极诊治至关重要。超声是一种经济、安全、精确率高、操作方便的影像学检测技术，可检测早期发现
关节骨侵蚀、关节内结晶、关节积液等指标［2］，对于中、小骨关节的变化更有优越性，近几年在关节肌肉病变如类
风湿性关节炎［3］、痛风性关节炎的诊治中彰显出其特有的优势。本文综述了超声等影像学检测技术在痛风性关
节炎的辅助诊断、指导治疗、判断预后中的作用，为临床工作者提供了有效的诊治措施［4］。

Gout is an inflammatory and metabolic arthritis characterized by the deposition of monosodium
urate crystals in the synovial membrane，with the improvement of living standards．Gout has been
closely associated with hypertension，hyperlipidemia，atherosclerosis，heart disease，and other diseases，
which has became a metabolic disease that seriously threatens human health．Therefore， it is critical to
control the disease early and positive． Ultrasonography is more economical， safe，accurate and easy to
operate，which more advantageous for the changes of middle and small joints and detected the bone erosion．
In recent years，ultrasonography showed its unique advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of
rheumatoid arthritis and gout arthritis．This article reviews the ultrasound imaging detection technology
such as for the auxiliary of gouty arthritis diagnosis，guiding treatment and judging prognosis has more
significant effect，which for clinical provides effective treatment measures
