目的: 探讨阴道彩色多普勒超声与阴道镜二者联合用于宫颈癌早期病变的影像学诊断价值，为宫颈
癌的临床筛查、治疗提供帮助。方法: 收集符合纳入原则的疑似早期宫颈癌病例130 例进行研究，以上入选者均
行阴道彩色多普勒超声( TVCDS) 和电子阴道镜检查，对照TVCDS、电子阴道镜单独应用以及二者联合应用的检
查结果，以病理检查结果为金标准，评估以上检查方法在早期宫颈癌诊断中准确率的差异性。结果: TVCDS 及
电子阴道镜在单独用于宫颈癌诊断时，其诊断的正确率分别为77．68%( 87 /112) 、81．25%( 91 /112) ，而TVCDS 与
阴道镜联合检查的正确率则上升为91．07%( 102 /112) ; 经两两比较，在早期宫颈癌诊断中，TVCDS 联合阴道镜检
查的正确率明显高于以上二者的单独应用，比较差异有统计学意义( P＜0．05) 。结论: 经阴道彩色多普勒超声联
合阴道镜检查可显著提升早期宫颈癌的诊断正确率，具有较高临床应用价值。

Objective: To study the vaginal color doppler flow imaging( CDFI) combined colposcope
both joint used in the imaging diagnostic value of early cervical cancer pathological changes，clinical
screening and treatment for cervical cancer．Methods: To collect met inclusion principle of 130 patients
with suspected early cervical cancer cases study， the above list are lines of vaginal color doppler ultrasound(
TVCDS) and electronic colposcope examination，contrast TVCDS，electronic colposcope used
alone or combined application of both the results of the inspection as the gold standard by pathological
examination results，evaluate the above inspection method in early cervical cancer diagnosis accuracy．
Ｒesults: In a separate TVCDS and electronic colposcopy for cervical cancer diagnosis， the diagnostic
accuracy was 77．68% ( 87 /112 ) ，81．25% ( 91 /112 ) ，while TVCDS with colposcope examination
accuracy increased to 91．07%( 102 /112) ; by comparing the two， in the early cervical cancer diagnosis，
TVCDS combined colposcope examination accuracy is significantly higher than the two separate applications，
compare the difference was statistically significant( P＜0．05) ．Conclusion: Transvaginal color
doppler ultrasound and colposcope collaborative check can significantly increase the diagnostic
accuracy of early cervical cancer， it has great clinical application value．
