[摘要]
目的: 探讨体质指数( Body mass index,BMI) 与血压、血脂、血糖等的相关性,进一步论证BMI 与各代
谢指标动态变化的相互关系。方法: 回顾性分析2013 ~ 2016 882 例成年人的体检资料并进行动态比较。结果:
( 1) 第1a 男性空腹血糖受损( IFG) 、肥胖、高脂血症、高血压、高尿酸血症的患病率均高于女性( P<0.05) ; ( 2) 第
1 a 体检人群BMI 与空腹血糖( FPG) 尚无相关关系( r = 0.194,P= 0.052) ,第4 a,两者出现了相关关系( r = 0.317,
P= 0.001) ; ( 3) 第1 a,与BMI<24 kg /m2 组相比,BMI≥24 kg /m2 组人群TC、LDL、UA、SBP、DBP 均增高( t = -
3.75、-4.38、-0.36、-6.19、-4.55,均P<0.05) ,HDL 降低( t = 4.05,P<0.05) ; ( 4) 与FPG<5.6mmol /L 组相比,FPG
≥5.6mmol /L 组UA 升高( t = -2.789,P<0.05) ,HDL 降低( t = 2.349,P<0.05) ; ( 5) 45~ 59 岁中年人群BMI、FPG 较
18~ 44 岁青年人群增加( F= 0.946、2.76,均P<0.05) ; ( 6) 第4a,人群中TC 及LDL 水平较第1a 升高( t = -2.448、-
2.335,均P<0.05) 。结论: 男性是代谢性疾病的高发人群,初始的超重对机体损害不明显,但随着时间的推移,逐
渐对人体健康产生了巨大影响。体重超标易患血压增高、IFG、高脂血症及高尿酸血症; FPG≥5.6mmol /L 人群已
存在部分代谢的改变; 年龄增加会伴随BMI、FPG 及胆固醇水平的增加。

[Abstract]
Objective: To investigate the correlation between body mass index ( BMI) and blood
pressure,blood lipids and plasma glucose, in order to demonstrate the relationship of BMI and dynamic
changes of the metabolic indicators.Methods: The physical examination data of 882 adults who underwent
physical examinations in 2013 ~ 2016 were compared retrospectively and analyzed dynamically.
Results: ( 1) The prevalence of impaired fasting blood glucose( IFG) ,obesity,hyperlipidemia,hypertension
and hyperuricemia were higher in men than in women( P<0.05) ; ( 2) There was no correlation between
BMI and FPG in the first year of physical examination( r = 0.194,P = 0.052) .But in the fourth
year,a correlation was observed between them( r = 0.317,P = 0.001) ; ( 3) Compared with Group of BMI
<24 kg /m2, the TC ( Total Cholesterol) ,LDL ( Low - Density Lipoprotein) ,UA ( Uric Acid) ,SBP
( Systolic Blood Pressure) and DBP( Diastolic Blood Pressure) in BMI≥24 kg /m2 Group were higher( t
= -3.75,-4.38,-0.36,-6.19,-4.55,P<0.05) ; HDL( High-Density Lipoprotein) in BMI≥24 kg /m2
Group decreased significantly( t = 4.05,P<0.05) ; ( 4) Compared with FPG<5.6mmol /L Group,higher
UA( t = - 2.789,P < 0.05) and lower HDL( t = 2.349,P < 0.05) were observed in FPG≥5.6mmol /L
Group. ( 5) BMI and FPG of the middle-aged population ranged from 45 to 59 years-old increased in
comparison with those of the young population ranged from 18 to 44 years-old( F = 0.946,2

0.05) . ( 6) At the fourth year, the TC and LDL levels of the population were higher than those in the
first year( t = -2.448and-2.335,all P<0.05) .Conclusion: Male is in a high risk for metabolic disease.
Initial obesity causes unobvious damage on the body initially,but gradually produces a huge impact on
human health over time.Overweight is a risk factor of hypertension, IFG,hyperlipidemia and hyperuricemia.
The population of FPG≥5.6mmol /L has somewhat metabolic changes.BMI、FPG and TC increases
with age.
