[摘要]
目的: 通过对14~ 18 岁青少年C3~ 7
椎弓根CT 影像学扫描,探讨其椎弓根的发育规律和特征,为青
少年C3~ 7
椎弓根内固定诊治提供影像学依据。方法: 选取青少年下颈椎64 排螺旋CT 影像学资料20 例,将获得
的原始数据导入Mimics 三维重建软件行相关指标测量与统计分析。结果: 青少年下颈椎椎弓根髓腔的各测量
指标在性别与侧别间均无差异( P>0.05) ,椎弓根髓腔高、宽和有效钉道长指标呈递增趋势,C3、C4
和C7
椎弓根
髓腔高、髓腔宽有统计学意义( P<0.05) ,C4、C5
和C7
的E 角有统计学意义及C4、C5、C6
和C7
的F 角有统计学意
义( P<0.05) 。结论: 青少年下颈椎椎弓根解剖学参数有明显的规律性,选择合适直径的螺钉,才能使椎弓根内
固定技术达到满意效果。

[Abstract]
Objective: To analyze the aging characteristics and significance of subaxial cervical vertebra
pedicle morphology in the 14 ~ 18 adolescent with CT image and to providing basis imaging and
developmental pattern of pedicles in subaxial cervical vertebrae adolescent for pedicle fixation.Methods:
The 20 adolescents with normal cervical vertebra were selected to do spiral CT scan.The original
data imported into the Mimics software were to measure and analyze statistically the relevant indicators.
Results: There was no significant difference in the result of the subaxial cervical vertebra pedicle,which
were not influenced by bilateralism and gender( P>0.05) .The subaxial cervical vertebra pedicle morphology
enerally showed an increasing trend with increasing age.The height and width of C3 and C4 vertebra
pedicle had significant differences with the C7 vertebra( P<0.05) ; The E angle of C4 and C5 vertebra
pedicle had significant differences with the C7 vertebra and the F angle of C4、C5 and C6 vertebra
pedicle had significant differences with the C7 vertebra( P<0.05) .Conclusion: The anatomy morphology
of subaxial cervical vertebra pedicle changed regularly.In order to satisfactory results of the pedicle-screw technique, it must be selected with the suitable screws.
