Hsp70 的mRNA 表达水平及蛋白表达水平均下调。结论: 谷氨酰胺可以上调SH-SY5Y 细胞中Hsp70 的表达,且
这种上调呈HSF-1 依赖性。

[Abstract]
Objective: To research the influence of glutamine to Heat shock protein 70 in SHSY5Y
neuroblastoma cell. Methods: In present study,we investigated the promotion of Hsp70
expression in SH - SY5Y neuroblastoma cells by glutamine,which has recently been recognized to
induce Hsp70 expression,and then we investigated the role of HSF-1 in the Hsp70 promotion by glutamine.
Results: Gln treatment f significantly upregulated the Hsp70 mRNA level.Gln treatment also promoted
the Hsp70 protein level.The Hsp70 was also significantly downregulated in both protein and mRNA
levels,compared to the siRNA control - transfected cells. Conclusion: Glutamine upregulates the
Hsp70 expression in SH-SY5Y cells.glutamine,and that was HSF-1-dependent.
