目的: 探讨人乳头瘤病毒( HPV) 感染与阴道微生态的相关性,进而为调节阴道微生态失衡、避免或
减少病人感染HPV 提供科学依据。方法: 选取2017-01~ 2017-12 期间我院门诊HPV 检测阳性的病人70 例作
为观察组,同期HPV 检测阴性的病人70 例作为对照组。两组病人均行阴道微生态检测,分析两者之间的相关
性。结果: 观察组的微生态失调发生率为70.00%( 49 /70) ,对照组为18.57%( 13 /70) ,差异具有统计学意义( P<
0.05) 。阴道清洁度3~ 4 度者感染HPV 的可能性明显高于清洁度1~ 2 度者。两组线索细胞检出率差异无统计
学意义( P>0.05) ,观察组的乳酸杆菌、念珠菌、滴虫感染检出率与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05) 。
尤其乳酸杆菌与微生态失调以及HPV 感染关系密切( P<0.05) 。结论: HPV 感染病人存在明显的阴道微生态失
调状况,主要表现为乳酸杆菌检出率降低。

[Abstract]
To explore the relationship human papillomavirus virus( hpv) infection and vaginal microenvironment
to provide scientific basis for the regulation of vaginal microecologicol balance and human
papillomavirus virus infection.Methods: 70 cases of HPV-positiv from February 2016 to December
were selected as the observation group,with 70 cases of HPV-negative during the same period as the
controrol group.The vaginol bacteria were dectected in the two groups,and the correlation among the above-
mentioned factor was analyzed.Results: The incidence rate of microdystionsis was 70.00%in the
observation group vs 18.57%in the controrol group, the difference was significant( P<0.05) .the cases
with 3 or 4 degrees of vagina cleaness had more possibility of infection of HPV and occurrence of cervical
lesions than the cases of 1 or 2 degrees of vagina cleaness.The derection arates of the clue cells
were no significantly different between the two groups( P>0.05) ,but were those of lactic acid bacteria,
Trichomonas and candida( P<0.05) .Conclusion: There are obvious microecdogicol imbalance in HPV
infection patients,which can be manifeststed as the low detection rate of lactic acid bacteria.
