目的: 建立内蒙古自治区脑胶质瘤病人数据库综合体系，为临床与基础实验提供良好的研究环境。
方法: 收集2014－01～ 2016－09 我科手术治疗的胶质瘤病人，将其详实的临床资料、影像资料、病理资料以及可
靠、及时的标本来源，同时将多种信息整合，联合分子病理实验室、病理诊断科、放射影像科、计算机中心、医务部
建立脑胶质瘤病人综合数据库体系，并应用计算机数据处理技术将体系内的资料分类、存储、统计、关联、整合，
为脑胶质瘤的临床、基础研究提供重要的病人资料和标本来源。结果: 共收集有效标本66 例，提供有效标本20
余次用于基础实验，指导临床治疗30 人次，初步显示数据库系统的作用。结论: 胶质瘤综合数据库系统的建立
可以为临床和基础的科研工作提供一个综合、有效、及时的实验研究平台。

Objective: To establish a comprehensive database system for the Inner Mongolia autonomous
region glioma patients in order to provide a good study environment for clinical and basic experiment．
Methods: We collected the detailed clinical data， image data，pathological data，reliable and
timely source of specimen of glioma patients for surgical treatment from January，2014 to September，
2014．At the same time，allying with the molecular pathology lab，pathology diagnostics division，
radiation imaging department，computer center and medical department we establish tumor specimens
library， image database，clinical database and pathology database and apply computer data processing
technology to the above information for classification，storage，statistics，correlation and integration，
which provide important clinical data and specimen source for the clinical study of glioma patients as
well as the further study of basic and molecular biology．Ｒesults: There are 66 effective cases，providing
valid sample more than 20 times for basic experiment，guiding the clinical treatment of 30 patients，preliminarily
showing the role of the database system．Conclusion: The establishment of the comprehensive
glioma database system can provide clinical and basic research work with a comprehensive，effective
and timely experiment platform．
