目的: 探讨肝硬化病人小肠细菌过度生长与肝功能和、自发性腹膜炎之间的相关性。方法: 选取
2016－01～ 2017－10 期间我院收治的106 例肝硬化病人作为研究组，对照组为此期间在我院进行体检人员106
例。研究组和对照组进行乳果糖氢呼气试验，对小肠细菌过度生长进行检测; 并检测受试者肝功能，包括总胆汁
酸( TBA) 、白蛋白( ALB) 、血清胆固醇( CHO) ; 根据自发性腹膜炎诊断标准对每位受试者进行诊断。通过ＲOC
曲线曲线下面积分析肝硬化病人小肠细菌过度生长与肝功能、自发性腹膜炎之间的相关性。结果: 研究组检出
小肠细菌过度生长63 例( 59．43%) ，对照组仅检出2 例( 1．89%) ; 研究组检出自发性腹膜炎43 例( 40．57%) ，对
照组未检出自发性腹膜炎; 研究组平均TBA 为10．6±1．8μmol /L，平均ALB 为34．6±3．9g /L，平均CHO 为1．9±1．6
mmol /L。研究组小肠过度生长阳性与肝功能减低、自发性腹膜炎阳性具有较强的相关性; 对照组过度生长阳性
与肝功能减低、自发性腹膜炎阳性均呈无相关性。结论: 肝硬化病人小肠过度生长阳性与肝功能减低、自发性腹
膜炎阳性具有较强的相关性。

Objective: To investigate the relationship between intestinal bacterial overgrowth and
liver function and spontaneous peritonitis in patients with cirrhosis of liver．Methods: A total of 106 patients
with cirrhosis were enrolled in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2017，and excessive
growth of small intestine bacteria was detected．And to detect liver function in subjects， including total
bile acid( TBA) ，albumin( ALB) ， serum cholesterol( CHO) ; Patients were diagnosed according to the
diagnostic criteria for spontaneous peritonitis．Analysis of the relationship between hypertonic bacterial
growth and liver function and spontaneous peritonitis in patients with cirrhosis of liver by area under the
ＲOC curve．Ｒesults: In the study group，63 cases( 59．43%) of intestinal bacterial overgrowth were detected，
and only 2 cases( 1．89%) in the control group．The study group detected spontaneous peritonitis
in 43 cases ( 40．57%) ，and the control group was not detected spontaneous peritonitis． In the study
group， the mean TBA was( 10．6±1．8) μmol /L， the mean ALB was( 34．6±3．9) g /L and the mean CHO
was( 1．9±1．6) mmol /L．There was a good correlation between the positive growth of small intestine and
the decrease of liver function and spontaneous peritonitis in the study group． But there was no
correlation between the positive growth of the control group and the decrease of liver function and spontaneous
peritonitis．Conclusion: There was a good correlation between the positive growth of small intestine
and the decrease of liver function and spontaneous peritonitis in patients with cirrhosis of liver．
