能抑制HO-8910 细胞的增殖,并呈时间及剂量效应依赖性( P<0.05) 。ELISA 结果显
示,经诱导的HO-8910 细胞P27 蛋白表达升高( P<0.05) 。结论: 1,25-( OH)
2-VD3
能够通过上调P27 蛋白的表
达,抑制人卵巢癌HO-8910 细胞增殖。

[Abstract]
Objective: To investigate the effect of 1, 25-( OH)
2-VD3 on human ovarian cancer HO
-8910 cells in vitro and to explore its mechanism in the process of apoptosis of ovarian cancer cells.
Methods: The inhibitory effect of 1, 25-( OH)
2-VD3 on the proliferation of HO-8910 cells was detected
by MTT assay.The expression of P27 protein was detected by ELISA.Results: MTT assay showed
that 1,2
5-( OH)
2 -VD3 inhibited the proliferation of HO-8910 cells in a time-and dose-dependent
manner( P<0.05) .The results of ELISA and Immunocytochemical method showed that the expression of
P27 protein in HO-8910 cells was increased( P<0.05) .Conclusion: 1,25-( OH)
2 -VD3 can inhibit
the proliferation of human ovarian cancer HO-8910 cells by up-regulating the expression of P27 protein.
