[摘要]
目的: 研究蒙药复方森登－4 对小鼠抗炎镇痛的作用。方法: 采用肉芽肿实验法，涂二甲苯至小鼠耳
廓使耳朵肿胀法观察抗炎作用; 采用腹腔注射醋酸致小鼠扭体法观察镇痛作用。结果: 各剂量组与模型组比较，
得出: 蒙药复方森登－4( 135 mg /kg) 组能抑制棉球致小鼠肉芽肿的生长，肉芽肿的重量为18．7±0．86mg; 抑制二甲
苯致小鼠耳肿胀，抑制率29．69%; 抑制冰醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应，抑制率40．04%。结论: 蒙药复方森登－4 对小
鼠有显著的抗炎镇痛作用。

[Abstract]
Objective: To study the anti－inflammatory and analgesic effects of Mongolian medicine
compound Sendeng－ 4 in mice．Methods: The anti －inflammatory effects were observed by the cotton
ball granuloma， the methods of mice ear swelling．The analgesia effects were observed by the methods of
writhing body．Ｒesults: Compared with model group，Mongolian medicine compound Sendeng － 4( 135
mg /kg) could inhibit the growth of the cotton granuloma in mice， the weight of granuloma is 18．7±0．86
mg and ear swelling induced by dimethylbenzene， inhibition ratio is 29．69%， inhibit the writhing body
reaction induced by acetic acid， inhibition ratio is 40．04%．Conclusion: Mongolian medicine compound
Sendeng－4 has anti－inflammatory and analgesic effects．
