[摘要]
目的: 探讨SMI 技术对超声监测下水压灌肠复位小儿肠套叠的应用价值。方法: 回顾性分析98 例
肠套叠患儿，91 例灌肠复位，7 例手术治疗，观察套叠包块SMI 不同血流信号分级与灌肠复位率的比较及其相关
性。结果: 肠套叠包块内SMI 不同血流分级与灌肠复位率差异有统计学意义( P＜0．05) ，SMI 血流分级与灌肠复
位率呈正相关。结论: SMI 技术对超声监测下水压灌肠复位小儿肠套叠具有重要的指导意义。

[Abstract]
Objective: To evaluate the application of SMI technology in the application of the ultrasonic
monitoring of the children intussusception．Methods: 98 cases of children with intussusception
were analyzed retrospectively， 91 patients were treated with enema，7 cases were treated with operation，
and the comparison and correlation of different blood flow signal grading and enema reduction rate were
observed．Ｒesults: The difference of the different blood flow grading and the enema reset rate was statistically
significant( P＜0．05) ，and the blood classification of SMI was positively correlated with enema
reset rate．Conclusion: SMI technology has important guiding significance for the ultrasonographic monitoring
of children intussusception．
