目的: 比较内蒙古地区蒙古族病人飞秒激光准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术( laser in situ ker －
atomileusis，LASIK) 与前弹力层下激光角膜磨镶术( Sub－Bownom－keratomileusis，SBK) 术后干眼变化。方法: 回顾
性分析2015－09～ 2016－ 09 来眼科近视眼中心行近视手术的蒙古族病人( 三代以内均为蒙古族) 120 例。其
LASIK 组60 例，SBK 组60 例，分别观察两组术前及术后1wk、1mo、3mo、6mo 的角膜荧光素染色( fluorescence staining，
FL) 、泪膜破裂时间( tear break－up time，BUT) 、泪液分泌试验( SchirmerⅠtest，SⅠt) 的变化。结果: 术后
1wk、1mo LASIK 组与SBK 组的FL 角膜荧光素染色( fluorescence staining，FL) 均会出现角膜上皮点状染色，
LASIK 组角膜染色眼数较多; 统计结果为差异有统计学意义，术后3mo、6mo 时两组角膜染色眼数所占的比例差
异无统计学意义。两组病人在BUT 术后1wk、1mo 和3mo 两组数据相比，差异有统计学意义，LASIK 组泪膜破裂
时间更短，相对比之下SBK 组术后恢复更快。而术后6mo 两组间差异无统计学意义( P＞0．05) 。两组病人SⅠt
试验结果显示术后1wk、1mo 和3mo 两组数据相比差异有统计学意义( P＜0．05) ，SBK 组泪液分泌功能恢复较快;
而在术后6mo 的时候，两组数据相比，差异无统计学意义( P＞ 0．05) 。结论: 内蒙古地区蒙古族病人SBK 与
LASIK 术后均会引起不同程度干眼症状，SBK 术后病人干眼的恢复要比LASIK 的快。

Objective: To compare the changes of dry eye after laserinsitukeratomileusis，LASIK
and Sub－Bowman－Keratomileusis，SBK for Mongolian patients in Inner Mongolia．Methods: Ｒetrospective
analysis from September 2015 to September 2016， there were 120 Mongolian patients( in three generations
are all Mongolians) come to our ophthalmology department to have myopia operation．There are
60 patients in group LASIK，and 60 patients in group SBK．And observe the changes before operation
and the changes that happened in fluorescence staining FL， tear break－up time BUT and SchirmerⅠ
test SIT after the operation for one week，one month， three months and six months．Ｒesults: After the operation
for one week and one month，we can see the dot dyeing of corneal epithelium of the FL of both
group LASIK and group SBK，and the number of corneal staining in group LASIK was more．The statisti-
cal results were of statistically significance，and the proportion of the number of corneal staining eyes of
two groups in the three months and six months after operation was not statistically significant．In the two
groups， the difference was statistically significant between the two groups in the one week，one month
and three months after the BUT operation．And LASIK group has a shorter breakup time of tear film，and
the SBK group enjoys a shorter recovery time．However， there was no significant difference between the
two groups in the six months after operation．The SIT experiment results of the patients in two groups
shows that， the comparative difference of the two groups in the one week and three months after operation
was of statistically significant．And the SBK group has a shorter recovery time of tear secretion function;
while the data in the six months after operation was not statistically significant．Conclusion: The
Mongolian patients in Inner Mongolian are all tend to cause dry eye syndrome with different levels after
the SBK operation and LASIK operation．And compare to those patients who accepted LASIK operation，
those patients who accepted SBK operation enjoys a shorter recovery time．
