目的: 探讨头颅CT 对癫痫患儿的诊断价值。方法: 对50 例小儿癫痫确诊病人进行头颅CT 扫描，观
察不同临床类型及不同合并症的影像学改变，分析其异常情况。结果: 不同临床类型的癫痫患儿CT 表现各异。
结论: 头颅CT 检查对小儿癫痫的早期诊断有重要价值。

[Abstract]
Objective: To study the head CT value of the epileptic children．Methods: 50 epileptic
children were taken head CT exam，the imaging manifestations of different clinical type and
complication were analyzed．Ｒesults: the different epilepsy clinical type had different imaging manifestations．
Conclusion: The head CT exam has important value of early diagnose to the epileptic children．
