目的: 探究蛋白磷酸酶4 催化亚基( PP4 C) 在人脑胶质细胞瘤组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征
相关性。方法: 收集手术切除的新鲜胶质瘤标本65 例,均经细胞学或组织病理学证实; 另收集经颅脑手术治疗
的脑外伤或脑出血内减压切除的正常脑组织20 例作为正常对照。通过免疫组织化学染色检测所有脑组织标本
中PP4 C 蛋白的表达。分析胶质瘤标本、正常脑组织标本PP4 C 蛋白阳性表达程度; 收集和整理胶质瘤病人的
人口学特征资料、病理特征资料,并分析其与PP4 C 表达的关系。结果: 胶质瘤、正常脑组织PP4 C 蛋白阳性表
达程度分布比较有统计学意义( P<0.05) ,胶质瘤标本PP4 C 蛋白高表达率为64.62%,显著高于正常脑组织标本
的10.00%( P<0.05) 。与低PP4 C 蛋白表达相比,高PP4 C 蛋白表达的胶质瘤病人中,星形细胞瘤、病灶≥3 cm、
Ⅲ~Ⅳ级的病人占比显著高,二者在病理类型、病灶大小、WHO 分级方面差异有统计学意义( P<0.05) 。多因素
分析结果显示,病理类型、病灶大小、WHO 分级是胶质瘤病人PP4 C 蛋白高表达的独立危险因素( P<0.05) 。结
论: 胶质瘤病人存在高PP4 C 蛋白表达,其表达水平与病理类型、病灶大小、WHO 分级等病理特征密切相关。

[Abstract]
Objective: To investigate the expression of protein phosphatase 4 catalytic subunit( PP4
C) in human brain glioma tissues and its correlation with clinicopathological features.Methods: A total
of 65 fresh glioma specimens were collected,all of which were confirmed by cytology or histopathology.
Another 20 cases of normal brain tissues resected by brain surgery or cerebral hemorrhage decompression
were collected as normal controls.The expression of PP4 C protein in all brain tissues was detected
by immunohistochemical staining.The positive expression levels of PP4 C protein in glioma specimens
and normal brain tissues was analyzed.The demographic characteristics and pathological features of patients
with gliomas were collected and analyzed,and the relationship between them and the expression
of PP4 C was analyzed.Results: There was a was statistically significant difference in the positive expression
level of PP4 C protein in gliomas and normal brain tissues( P<0.05) .The high expression rate
of PP4 C protein in glioma specimens( 64.62%) was significantly higher than that in normal brain tis-
sues( 10.00%) ( P<0.05) .The proportions of patients with astrocytoma,patients with multiple primary
lesions,patients with lesions ≥3 cm and grade III~ IV patients among patients with high expression of
PP4 C protein were significantly higher than those in patients with low expression of PP4 C protein.
There were statistically significant differences in pathological types, lesion size,WHO grade between above-
mentioned two groups( P<0.05) .Multivariate analysis showed that pathological type, lesion size,
WHO grade were independent risk factors for high expression of PP4 C protein in patients with gliomas
( P<0.05) .Conclusion: There is high expression of PP4 C protein in patients with gliomas,and its expression
level is closely related to the pathological type, the lesion size,WHO grade and other pathological
features.
