目的: 使用ＲOCHE COBAS C8000 全自动生化分析仪( 德国罗氏诊断) 对谷丙转氨酶( ALT) 、碱性磷
酸酶( ALP) 、谷草转氨酶( AST) 、乳酸脱氢酶( LDH) 、γ 谷氨酰基转肽酶( GGT) 、肌酸激酶( CK) 、淀粉酶( AMY) 7
项血清酶类进行参考区间验证分析。方法: 运用COBAS C8000 全自动生化分析仪对40( 男女各20) 例健康体检
者进行7 项酶类的检测。结果: 经验证40 例体检者7 项酶类的检测数值全部落在WS /T 404《临床常规生化检
验项目参考区间》所给出的参考区间内。结论: WS /T 404《临床常规生化检验项目参考区间》所规定7 项生化酶
类参考区间适用于本实验室。

Objective: Ｒeference intervals of seven biochemical enzymes were validated to use
ＲOCHE COBAS C800 automatic biochemical analyzer．They were alanine aminotransferase( ALT) ，alkaline
phosphatase ( ALP) ，aspartate aminotransferase ( AST) ， lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH) ，gamma
glutamyl transpeptidase( GGT) ，creatine kinase ( CK) and amylase ( AMY) ．Methods: A total of 40
healthy persons( 20 males and 20 females) were detected by COBAS C800 automatic biochemical analyzer．
Ｒesults: The tested results of seven biochemical enzymes of 40 healthy persons were all in the range
of Ｒeference intervals which guided by WS /T 404＜Ｒoutine clinical biochemical tests reference interval＞．
Conclusion: Ｒeference intervals of seven biochemical enzymes which guided by WS /T 404 ＜Ｒoutine
clinical biochemical tests reference interval＞were suitable to this laboratory．
