目的: 研究蒙药复方述达格－4 对小鼠抗炎镇痛的作用。方法: 采用肉芽肿实验法、涂二甲苯至小鼠
耳廓使耳朵肿胀法观察抗炎作用，采用腹腔注射醋酸致小鼠扭体法观察镇痛作用。结果: 各剂量组与模型组比
较，得出蒙药复方述达格－4( 150 mg /kg) 组能抑制棉球致小鼠肉芽肿的生长，肉芽肿的重量为16．8±0．77mg; 抑制
二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀，抑制率26．23%; 抑制冰醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应，抑制率31．45%。结论: 蒙药复方述达格
－4 对小鼠有显著的抗炎镇痛作用。

Objective: To study the anti－inflammatory and analgesic effects of Mongolian medicine
compound Sendeng－4 inmice．Methods: The anti－inflammatoryeffects were observed by the cotton ball
granuloma， the methods of mice ear swelling． The analgesia effects were observed by the methods of
writhing body．Ｒesults: Comparedwithmodel group，Mongolian medicine compound Sendeng－4( 150 mg /
kg) could inhibit the growth of the cotton granuloma in mice， the weight of granuloma is 16．8±0．77mg
and ear swelling induced by dimethylbenzene， inhibition ratio is 26．23%， inhibit the writhing body reaction
induced by acetic acid， inhibition ratio is 31．45%．Conclusion: Mongolian medicine compound Sendeng－
4 has anti－inflammatory and analgesic effects．
