目的:探讨UHCＲ 对DN 的筛查价值。方法: 收集T2DM 病人根据eGFＲ 水平分4 组，检测受试者
UHP 的水平分析UHCＲ 对DN 的筛查价值。结果: CKD 3、CKD 4～ 5 期较CKD 1 期水平高，CKD 4～ 5 期较CKD 2
期水平高，P＜0．008; UHCＲ 临床诊断临界点为0．00142时敏感性为82．9%，特异性为73．7%，P＜0．001; UHCＲ 与病
程、Scr、Urea、24 h 尿蛋白定量、UAEＲ、UACＲ 呈正相关关系，与ALB、eGFＲ 呈负相关关系。结论: UHCＲ 可能为
筛查DN 的良好指标，且与UACＲ 相比较具有较高的敏感性和特异性; UHCＲ 可能受病程、Scr、ALB 等多种因素
影响，早期干预肾脏病相关指标可以延缓其增高。

Objective: Objective to investigate the value of urinary haptoglobin creatinine ratio in
screening diabetic nephropathy．Methods: Methods patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided
into 4 groups based on estimated glomerular filtration rate．The urine haptoglobin levels were measured
and the value of UHCＲ in DN screening was analyzed statistically．Ｒesults: Statistical analysis between
the two groups: CKD 3，CKD 4～ 5 phase higher than the CKD 1 phase( P＜0．008) ，CKD 4 ～ 5 phase
higher than the CKD 2 phase( P＜0．008) ; The critical point of UHCＲ clinical diagnosis was 0．00142，
the sensitivity was 82．9%，and the specificity was 73．7%( P＜0．001) ; There was a positive correlation
between UHCＲ and the course of disease，serum creatinine，urea，urinary protein excretion rate，urinary
albumin excretion rate，and UACＲ，and negatively correlated with serum albumin and glomerular filtration
rate．Conclusion: UHCＲ was good indicators of diabetic nephropathy，can be used as screening
compared with UACＲ has higher sensitivity and specificity; UHCＲ and duration，serum creatinine，
serum albumin and other factors were correlation，early intervention kidney disease related indicators
can slow down its rise．
