[摘要]
目的:综述目前蒙药中金属元素测定方法及研究进展。方法: 通过查阅最新相关文献，并对文献进
行对比研究，总结蒙药中金属元素的研究现状。结果:电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法、原子吸收光谱法、原
子荧光光谱法是有效的检测蒙药中重金属含量的技术手段;蒙药中多具有较高含量的营养元素，实际工作中，采
用合理的工艺方法，可较大程度的富集有益的金属元素，并对重金属含量进行科学地严格地控制，确保临床用药
要求。结论:对金属元素存在形态的研究和蒙药炮制前后金属元素含量比较研究有助于药效、作用机制研究的
完善和新药的研发。

[Abstract]
Objective: To review the current metal elements in Mongolian medicine determination
method and research progress．Methods: By consulting the latest literature and comparative study of literature，
summarizes the research status of metal elements in Mongolian medicine．Ｒesults: The inductively
coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry，atomic absorption spectrometry，atomic
fluorescence spectrometry is a method to determine the contents of heavy metals Mongolian medicine effective
in nutritional elements; with higher content of Mongolian medicine in the practical work，the reasonable
process method，enrichment of useful metal elements to some extent，and the heavy metal content
of scientifically controlled strictly，ensure the requirement of clinical medication．Conclusion: Morphological
study and the content of metal elements in Mongolian Medicine processing a comparative
study of metal elements and new drugs to help improve the effect mechanism of the research in future．
