正相关,降低血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)可预防冠心病的发生。

[Abstract]
Objective:To investigate the serum homocysteine level in patients with primary hypertension
complicated with coronary heart disease and its relationship with the degree of coronary
stenosis.Methods:A total of 200 patients with primary hypertension from January 2015 to September
2017 were studied.These patients were divided into two groups according to coronary angiography:102
cases of simple hypertension and 98 cases of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.Serum
levels of homocysteine(Hcy),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and low density lipoprotein
cholesterol(LDL-C)were measured.The relationship between coronary lesions and serum homocysteine
and low density lipoprotein cholesterol were compared according to coronary angiography.Results:
The levels of Hcy,hs - CRP and LDL - C in patients with primary hypertension complicated with
coronary heart disease were significantly higher than those with primary hypertension ( P < 0.05 ).
Patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease The single-vessel disease group had
Hcy 17.36±0.28μmol /L,double-vessel disease group 20.48±0.21μmol /L,multi-vessel disease group
24.56±0.33μmol /L,serum homocysteine level and LDL-C level and conorary Arterial disease were
positively correlated.Conclusion:Serum homocysteine(Hcy),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-
CRP),and low density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL-C) are the risk factors associated with coronary
heart disease in patients with primary hypertension.Serum homocysteine(Hcy) levels and low-density
lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)levels and coronary artery disease was positively correlated,reduce serum
homocysteine(Hcy)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)can prevent the occurrence of
coronary heart disease.
