[摘要]
目的: 研究坤泰胶囊对多囊卵巢综合征( polycystic ovary syndrome，PCOS) 不孕症病人行体外受精胚
胎移植(in vitro fertilization embryo transfer，IVF－ET)的内分泌调节和促排卵方面的作用。方法: 前瞻性研究120
例行IVF－ET 的PCOS 不孕症病人，方案一共60 例，分组1 与组2 两组，其中组1 为常规长方案30 例，组2 为坤
泰胶囊联合常规长方案30 例;方案二共60 例，分组3 与组4 两组，其中组3 为常规拮抗剂方案30 例，组4 为坤
泰胶囊联合拮抗剂方案30 例。比较各组间实验室和临床妊娠结局。结果: 组1 与组2、组3 与组4 基础内分泌
FSH、LH、E2、T 和PPL 无显著性差异(P＞0．05);组1 与组2 之间比较，组2 在获卵数、优质胚胎数上明显高于组
1(P＜0．05);方案二两组比较，组4 获卵数和优胚数显著高于组3。结论: 坤泰胶囊对于行IVF－ET 的PCOS 病人
行内分泌调节，在内膜准备、排卵效果及妊娠率上具有积极的作用，是一种可供选择的促排卵辅助药物。

[Abstract]
Objective:To observe the effect of kuntai capsule(KC) on clinical outcom in in vitro
fertilization－ embryo transfer ( IVF － ET) of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility patients．Methods:
Totally 120 PCOS patients preparing for IVF－ET were assigned to 2 projects，60 cases in each project，
the patients of each project were randomly assigned to observation group and the control group，30 cases
in each group．Long program were administered in Group 1，Long program and KC were administered in
group 2;Agonist program were administered in Group 3，Agonist program and KC were administered in
Group 4，The clinical outcome among 4 group were compared．Ｒesults:There was not significant difference
in the value of FSH，LH，E2
，T and PPL between group 1 and 2，group 3 and 4．The number of oocyte
and good quality embryos in group 2 and 4 were significantly higher than those in the group 1 and
3．Conclusion:KC can improve the rate of pregnancy of PCOS patients in IVF－ET cycle．It can play a
positive role in a selection of auxiliary stimulate ovulation drugs．
