纳米技术作为一门综合性科学,发展十分迅速,正逐渐渗入人们的日常生活中,为人们日常生活带
来便利。将纳米技术充分的应用于药物研究领域,不仅能降低药物的毒副作用,改善药物的释放体系,提高药物
的生物利用度等,而且能够降低药品的生产成本,提高生产效率,让药物更好的发挥临床疗效。本文将对目前国
内外纳米技术在药物研究中的应用进行阐述,并对目前常用的纳米制剂、纳米药物载体以及影响纳米药物性质
的主要因素进行简单介绍。

[Abstract]
Nanotechnology,as a comprehensive science,develops very quickly,and is gradually infiltrating
into people’s daily life,which brings convenience to people’s daily life.The full application of
nanotechnology in the field of drug research can not only reduce the toxicity and side effects of drugs,
improve the drug release system,improve the bioavailability of drugs,but also reduce the production
cost of drugs,increase production efficiency and make the drug better use of clinical efficacy.In this paper,
the application of nanotechnology in drug research at home and abroad is expounded,and a brief
introduction is given to the commonly used nano-agents,nano-drug carriers and the main factors affecting
the properties of nano-drugs.
