目的: 探讨不育病人检测血清顶体蛋白酶抗体( AcrAb) 与精子蛋白 17 抗体( Sp 17 Ab) 的临床价值。 方法: 选取我院 2016－01～ 2018－06 门诊收治的男子不育病人 91 例作为观察组; 选取 2015－01 ～ 2017－06 期间体 检男子正常生育 72 例作为对照组。所有研究对象均于入院后抽取外周静脉血，分离血清，采用酶联免疫吸附法 测定 AcrAb 和 Sp 17 Ab 含量。比较两组血清 AcrAb 和 Sp 17 Ab 含量变化、AcrAb 和 Sp 17 Ab 阳性率、AcrAb 与 Sp 17 Ab 联合诊断效能，及 AcrAb 与 Sp 17 Ab 相关性。结果: 观察组血清 AcrAb 和 Sp 17 Ab 含量高于对照组，且 有统计学差异( P＜0．05) ; 观察组 AcrAb 和 Sp 17 Ab 阳性率高于对照组，且有统计学差异( P＜0．05) ; AcrAb+Sp 17 Ab 联合诊断灵敏度和特异度高于单项指标; AcrAb 和 Sp 17 Ab 呈线性正相关。结论: 不育病人血清 AcrAb 和 Sp 17 Ab 含量明显升高，联合诊断灵敏度和特异度高，且 AcrAb 和 Sp 17 Ab 呈线性正相关。

Objective: To investigate the clinical value of detection of serum acrosin antibody( Ac- rAb) and sperm protein 17 antibody ( Sp 17 Ab) in infertile patients． Methods: 91 male infertility patients from January 2015 to June 2017 in our hospital were selected as the observation group，and 72 normal male fertility cases from January 2015 to June 2017 in our hospital were selected as the control group．The peripheral blood samples were collected from all patients after admission，and the serum was isolated．The levels of AcrAb and Sp 17 Ab were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay． The changes of serum AcrAb and Sp 17 Ab levels，the positive rates of AcrAb and Sp 17 Ab，the com- bined diagnostic efficacy of AcrAb and Sp 17 Ab，and the correlation between AcrAb and Sp 17 Ab were compared between the two groups．Ｒesults: The serum levels of AcrAb and Sp 17 Ab were higher than the control group( P＜0．05) ; the positive rate of AcrAb and Sp 17 Ab group were higher than the control group( P＜0．05) ; AcrAb+Sp 17 Ab combined with diagnostic sensitivity and specificity is higher than the single index; a linear positive correlation of AcrAb and Sp 17 Ab． Conclusion: The serum levels of AcrAb and Sp 17 Ab in infertility patients increased significantly，the sensitivity and specificity of combined diagnosis were higher，and AcrAb and Sp 17 Ab were linear positive correlation．
