[摘要]
目的: 研究蒙药巴特尔－7 对口腔上皮癌 KB 细胞增殖、细胞周期作用影响。方法: 利用2．5mg /mL 的 蒙药巴特尔－7 作用于口腔上皮癌 KB 细胞，经体外培养，研究对口腔上皮癌 KB 细胞增殖影响，利用流式细胞技 术检测口腔上皮癌 KB 细胞周期的改变。结果: 蒙药巴特尔－7 可明显抑制口腔上皮癌 KB 细胞增殖，并诱导口 腔上皮癌 KB 细胞于 G 2 /M 期阻滞。结论: 蒙药巴特尔－7 可抑制口腔上皮癌 KB 细胞细胞增殖速率，诱导 KB 细 胞周期阻滞，研究蒙药巴特尔－7 对口腔上皮癌 KB 细胞抑制作用，为临床治疗提拱了理论依据。

[Abstract]
Objective: To investigate the effects of Mongolian medicine bartel－7 on cell line prolif- eration，cell cycle of oral cancer KB cell． Methods: Oral cancer KB cells were treated with Mongolian medicine bartel－7 for 24 h．Cell proliferation was detected by growth curve．Cell morphology was ob- served under the microscope，After KB cell line was treated with 25 mg /mL Mongolian medicine bartel －7 for 24h，cell cycle phase distribution was detected by flow cytometry．Ｒesults: The inhibitory effects of Mongolian medicine bartel－7 can significantly inhibit the proliferation of KB．Mongolian medicine bartel－7 induced the cell cycle arrest at G2 /M phase．Conclusion: Mongolian medicine bartel－7 can inhibit KB cell cycle and the proliferation of oral cancer cells．It provides a theoretical basis for clinical treatment．
