[摘要]
老年高血压被认为是一种复杂的多基因病，是由环境因素及多种遗传因素相互共同作用的结果。 基因单核苷酸多态性是指基因组内单个核苷酸的变异所引起的 DNA 序列的多态性。研究显示，SNP 与抗高血 压药物治疗效果具有相关性。本文对老年高血压相关基因单核甘酸与降压疗效相关性研究进展做一综述。

[Abstract]
Elderly Hypertension is a complex polygenic disease，is considered to be the results of genetic interaction of several variant genes and environmental factors． ACE，AGT and AT1Ｒ genes belong the rennin－angiotensin system，which is the main system of regulating blood pressure．Single Nu- cleotide Polymorphism( SNP) refers to the polymorphism of DNA sequence caused by mutation of single nucleotide in genome．There are some researches showed the connection between SNP and the hyperten- tion． In this paper，Correlation of old age hypertension related gene mononuclear nucleotide and treatment effect is reviewed．
