目的: 探讨硝苯地平联合拉贝洛尔对妊娠期高血压疾病病人心肾功能及血流动力学的影响。方法: 选取 2016－02～ 2017－04 期间我院收治的妊娠期高血压疾病病人 134 例，随机分为两组，对照组应用拉贝洛尔治 疗，研究组联合应用硝苯地平治疗。结果: 研究组 cTnT 及 BNP 显著低于对照组( P＜0．05) ; 研究组 24 h 尿蛋白及 Cys－C 低于对照组( P＜0．05) ; 研究组疗效高于对照组( P＜0．05) ; 研究组各项血流动力学指标低于对照组( P＜ 0．05) 。结论: 妊娠期高血压疾病病人应用硝苯地平联合拉贝洛尔的疗效更为理想，能显著改善病人的心肾功能 及血流动力学水平，有助于改善病人的妊娠结局。

Objective: To investigate the effect of nifedipine combined with labetalol on cardiac and renal function and hemodynamics in patients with gestational hypertension．Methods: 134 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to April 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups．The control group was treated with rabelor and the study group was treated with nifedipine．Ｒesults: cTnT and BNP in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P＜0．05) ．Urinary protein and Cys－C in the study group were lower than those in the control group( P＜0．05) ．The efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group( P＜ 0．05) ．The hemodynamic indexes of the study group were lower than those of the control group( P＜ 0．05) ．Conclusion: The application of nifedipine combined with labetalol in patients with hypertension during pregnancy is more ideal，which can significantly improve the level of cardiac and renal function and hemodynamics，and contribute to improving the pregnancy outcome of patients．
