近年来由于人们生活水平的提高，饮食结构的改变，心血管疾病的发病率越来越高，严重威胁着人 类健康。心肌细胞作为永久细胞，一旦坏死后将永久缺失，坏死的心肌由瘢痕取代，从而出现心力衰竭、恶性心 律失常等影响心脏功能，如何从根本上改善心脏功能是目前研究最主要的问题。骨髓间充质干细胞因其具有多 向分化潜能和旁分泌等功能为治疗心血管疾病提供一种可能。有大量研究表明，通过骨髓间充质干细胞移植可 改善心脏功能、提高生活质量。本文将从骨髓间充质干细胞移植治疗心血管疾病机制方面进行论述。

In recent years，with the improvement of people’s living standard and the change of diet structure，the inc idence of cardiovascular diseases is increasing，which seriously threatens human health．Cardio myocytes，as permanent cells，are permanently absent after necrosis，and necrotic myocar- dium will be replaced by scars，which will lead to heart failure，malignant arrhythmia and other effects on cardiac function．How to fundamentally improve cardiac function is the most important issue of cur- rent research．Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells( BMSCs) can differentiate into cardiomyocytes and endothelial cells because of their multidirectional differentiation potential and paracrine function，which provides a possibility for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases．A large number of studies have shown that bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells transplantation to the lesion site can improve cardiac function and improve the quality of life of patients．This article will discuss the mechanism of bone marrow mes- enchymal stem cells transplantation in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases．
