1 H 磁共振波谱( proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy1 H－MＲS) 是一种基于化学位移原理，用以检 测人体内组织或细胞生化代谢水平的无创性技术，其提供的代谢信息在脑胶质瘤的放射治疗中有重要的临床意 义，有待逐渐成为脑胶质瘤放射治疗中常规检查的一部分。本文就1 H－MＲS 在脑胶质瘤放射治疗中的应用进展 进行综述。

Proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy( 1 H－MＲS) is a non－invasive technology for de- tecting human tissue or cell biochemical metabolic level，based on the principle of chemical shift．It pro- vides the metabolic information which has important clinical significance and gradually becomes part of the routine examination in radiation therapy of glioma．This paper reviews the progress in the application of proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy in radiation therapy of glioma．
