肺癌位居恶性肿瘤发病率第一位,是威胁人类健康的重大疾病。BRF 2 基因位于染色体 8p 12 位 置,参与 RNA 聚合酶Ⅲ催化小分子 RNA 生成。BRF 2 基因与 RNA 聚合酶Ⅲ之间的关系决定了 BRF 2 在肿瘤发 生发展过程中存在重要作用。研究发现 BRF 2 在非小细胞肺癌中过度表达,同时作为癌基因,保护癌细胞免受 氧化应激的影响,并在上皮间充质转化中促进了肿瘤细胞的转移与扩散。通过研究,希望将 BRF 2 作为靶点实 现对非小细胞肺癌更精准的诊断及治疗。

As the first incidence of malignant tumors,lung cancer is a seriousthreat to human lives and health.TFⅢB-related factor 2(BRF 2)located on chromosome 8p 12 s,catalyze small RNA along with RNA polⅢ.The relationship between BRF 2 and RNA polⅢ seal that BRF 2 plays an important role in the development of the tumor.The increased level of BRF 2 in NSCLC can promote the growth of tumor by increase the active of RNA polⅢ,meanwhile,as an oncogene,BRF 2 protect cancerous from oxidative stress injury and promote diffusion of tumor in Epithelial -mesenchymal transition. Through these studies,we hope that BRF 2 can be a targets to make the diagnosis and treatment more accurate.
